Non-accessible Content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons: non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:
- C.9.1.1.1 – Not all non-text content presented to the user has a text alternative that serves the same purpose.
- C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through the presentation of pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available in text form).
- C.9.1.4.1 – In some cases, color alone has been used to identify a purpose or distinguish information or functionality.
- C.9.1.4.3 – The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always meet the required minimum contrast ratio, except for cases permitted by regulations (e.g., logos).
- C.9.1.4.11 – For some essential components, including in different states, the color contrast with adjacent elements does not exceed the ratio of 3:1.
- C.9.2.1.1 – Some functionalities cannot be used via keyboard (or similar input interfaces).
- C.9.2.2.2 – Some animations, blinking elements, scrolling content, or automatic updates that start automatically, last more than five seconds, or are presented alongside other content, do not have mechanisms to pause or hide them.
