To manage and coordinate the regional integrated ticketing system, ensuring interoperability across transport operators and services.

We oversaw Agile functional management (Scrum) and PMO activities for the Regional Sales System (SVR).

Solution

Soft Strategy and Deloitte, in collaboration with wineries and partners located in Campania, Calabria, and Sicily, successfully secured a grant from the Italian Ministry of Economic Development for the digitalization of the agri-food supply chain, with a specific focus on the wine sector.

The innovative platform, developed through joint research and development, consists of four interconnected modules:

Smart Agriculture: Revolutionizing agricultural operations, this module provides unprecedented support to agronomists by integrating real-time weather data and soil sensors to monitor plant conditions and prevent diseases.

Smart Factory: Designed for oenologists, this module optimizes the transformation process from raw materials to bottling, recording each phase on a blockchain and simplifying administrative procedures through integration with SIAN.

Smart Product and Smart Venues: These modules focus on enhancing product and territorial value, ensuring traceability and combating counterfeiting through innovative technology. A synergistic collaboration between users and wine companies delivers benefits across the entire supply chain.

Objective

Security and Innovation with the Secure Framework for IoT

Solution

The “Secure Framework for IoT” project aimed to ensure the secure and efficient use of IoT devices, with a primary focus on end-user protection and privacy compliance.

In collaboration with strategic partners SDC, Mac Service, and the University of Reggio Calabria, the project conducted an in-depth analysis of the national and international regulatory landscape, examined various types of IoT devices across sectors such as Automotive, Industrial Automation, Energy, and Citizen Services, and assessed best practices and frameworks to ensure the security of devices and complex networks.

Research and development activities involved two major Italian companies, Enel and Poste Italiane, which actively contributed to defining use cases and testing the proposed solutions.

The “Secure Framework for IoT” project represents a significant step forward in ensuring security and data protection in the era of the Internet of Things.
