Sustainability

Sustainability as a strategic driver of value.

Our Commitment

Quality, people, and the environment – the pillars of our business model.

Sustainability is not just a word, but a strategic approach aimed at growth and innovation. We firmly believe that our success is built on sound practices: a strong focus on quality, trust-based relationships developed over time, the enhancement of human capital, and respect for the environment and the communities we engage with.

In line with a business ethic that has always been attentive to sustainability, we have embarked on a meaningful journey to strengthen our sustainability practices and policies across all areas of the company. This includes concrete actions aimed at integrating ESG principles into our business model and throughout our entire value chain.

The future rewards those who anticipate it with responsibility.

Sustainability Report

Transparency and tangible commitment.

The Soft Strategy Group’s Sustainability Report marks a significant step in our commitment to acting responsibly toward the future. It is a voluntary report, prepared in accordance with the internationally recognized Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards for non-financial reporting.

Since 2024, preparing a voluntary sustainability report has represented an added value and an important enabling tool for us. It allows us to align with current European regulations and international reporting frameworks, while also fostering the development of a corporate culture that is increasingly attentive to sustainability.

Among the key strengths identified: a high representation of women in leadership roles, strong legal compliance ratings, and growing attention to the needs of our people. Equally important are the areas for improvement highlighted during the assessment phase, particularly the monitoring and engagement of our suppliers in building more sustainable procurement processes.

We believe that preserving the environment also means creating a context of economic and social stability, enabling the achievement of our growth and innovation goals. Our aim is to leave a positive footprint while minimizing our CO2 emissions by intelligently reducing the environmental impact of our activities. Our commitment to environmental sustainability is reflected in concrete actions such as:

  • transitioning toward fully green energy sourcing by purchasing electricity from sustainable providers such as Dolomiti Energia;
  • managing business travel by prioritizing lower-impact transportation options;
  • monitoring consumption across our offices and employee mobility. Through our corporate mobility survey and ongoing dialogue with our Mobility Manager, we identify solutions and initiatives to improve the commuting experience while reducing environmental impact and enhancing the well-being of our people.

Diversity and Inclusion

We view diversity as a key driver of growth and innovation, as dialogue between different identities and backgrounds can lead to new solutions. We promote gender equality and fairness across our people – not only in numbers, but in substance – through transparent and unbiased recruitment processes, clear career paths, and initiatives that support work-life balance and parenting. With Inclusivity Connect, we have created a dedicated space focused on disability-related topics, designed for our employees and their families, where they can share information, raise requests, and provide suggestions.

Support for Local Communities

We believe that actively promoting social inclusion within local communities is an important part of our corporate values. These initiatives help strengthen our people’s sense of belonging to the company culture, engaging them in positive actions aimed at driving social change. Since 2024, in collaboration with nonprofit organizations, we have organized donations of school supplies, food, and other essential goods to support children, individuals, and families facing economic and social hardship.

FAQ

  • concentrare le risorse su tematiche realmente rilevanti per l’azienda, garantendo il successo a lungo termine delle strategie e delle politiche per la sostenibilità;
  • creare valore condiviso, grazie al coinvolgimento degli stakeholders;
